Manager Information
Passes MYSA has moved to a new online program called Affinty. Affinty does downloads on Tuesdays and Fridays. Players are automatically uploaded and will be assigned to the team. Coaches / Managers will need to complete a background check. Once this check is competed you will be added to the team. Instead of having individual passes each team will have a Competitive Match Report with each child's picture on it along with the picture of the coaches. This will take the place of the old passes. You will be able to add pictures and manage your team once you are uploaded into the the system.
Tournaments
All teams decide what tournaments they will participate in. You can locate the sanctioned tournaments at mnyouthsoccer.org click on Tournaments. All RYSA teams will participate in the Rochesterfest Tournament. It is advised that teams do not participate in more then 3 tournaments a year. Tournament costs are subject to the team.
Practice Location
Kevin Lowery assigns the practice location based on the coaches requests. Kevin will email all the coaches asking for these requests.
Game Reports / Reporting Scores
Once the coach completes the online MYSA course in middle of April they will be given access through a code to pull documents off of the mnyouthsoccer.org website. One of these documents will be a game report. A game report must be filled out for each game by both teams and given to the ref prior to the game. For Home Games, the team MUST provide a self addressed envelop for the ref to mail the game reports.
Game Rescheduling
Rescheduling a Home Game- please contact John Endicott jcendicott@gmail.com - He is our field coordinator and will work with you on rescheduling the game.
Rescheduling an Away Game - please contact the opposing coach. The "Home" team is responsible for the rescheduling. Keep in mind if they can not reschedule you will need to play the game on the original date.
Field Direction
Directions to fields can be found at mnyouthsoccer.org . Most, but not all, include addresses or intersection names in order to utilize mapping sites. If any of the information is incomplete, then contact the manager from the team you are going to play.
